The Non-immigrant Visa is a temporary visa and cannot be used as a route to settle in the Philippines.

There are different types of non-immigrant visas, with each one depending on the basis of your visit. Some common reasons for wanting a Non-immigrant Visa are tourism, business, and studying.

What are the requirements for the Philippines Non-immigrant Visa?

You need to apply for a non-immigrant visa if you plan to stay in the Philippines for longer than 30 days. You will also need to provide the following documents:

Your original copy of your UK passport (if the validity of your passport is less than six months, you should renew it before submitting your application)
One passport-style photograph of you taken within the last six months
Proof of your UK residency status
Livelihood proof (recent bank statements that show sufficient funds)
The last three months salary slip or a copy of your pension statement
A record of any criminal offences (if applicable).
