Competitive pricing
We assess each case individually and offer fair and competitive pricing.
Our notary fees are based on a basic rate of £250.00 per hour plus VAT. This includes the time taken to complete the whole matter, including pre-appointment document checks and the time taken to prepare the official records.
There may be a discount for bulk notarisation.
We will assess your case and provide a fixed quote. We require a booking deposit, with the balance payable at your appointment.
If your situation or document requirements change between the time of booking your appointment and seeing our notary, a new fee will be discussed and agreed upon.
For more complex certifications, we will charge according to the hourly rate of the instructed notary, which you will be informed of at the outset.
VAT (Value Added Tax) will be applied to our fees if you are based within the European Union. Our VAT registration number is 351 0992 07. If you are based outside of the European Union, VAT will not be charged.
Disbursements
Where we incur costs from third parties, the fees will be passed directly on to you as disbursements. Fees may arise from translators, consulates, and the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).
Any likely disbursements will be discussed with you when we provide you with a quote. Disbursements will not be incurred without your consent.
Any fees will be provided to you in good faith; however, third parties may change their fees and procedures without notice.

If you are having multiple documents notarised, then we may offer you a discount based on the bulk of documents.
We cannot speak for other notaries, but we include VAT in our notary fees.
Our fees can vary based on which documents you want to get notarised, and how many there are. This applies to other notaries as well.
We accept credit or debit cards, including Amex, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We also accept bank transfers.
Unfortunately, there is no way to get a document notarised for free in England and Wales. Notaries spend years training and developing their skills to eventually become a notary. Due to the qualifications and compliance duties involved, and the nature of notarisation, services cost a fee depending on the type and volume of documents required. Also, there is no such thing as a free online notary. Notaries are heavily regulated in England and Wales, and it requires many years of qualifications and experience.
