Woodcock Notary Public Christmas and New Year 2025 opening times

As the festive season is now upon us, many people will be taking time off to be with their families. Our appointment availability and services will vary because of this, but you can still use us.

Another year of hard work has gone by, and many of our team members are getting ready to wind down and relax with their loved ones.

Due to this, our appointment availability will be limited, and it may take us slightly longer than usual to answer calls. Be assured that we will reply to emails and messages as quickly as possible.

However, Notary Public of England and Wales, Papia Kabir, will still be providing expert notary services from our office in Canary Wharf. If you can make it to London, then she will be happy to help.

When our offices will be open

Our Manchester and Sheffield will not have any available appointments from 23 December to 11 January, but we are taking bookings for January now.

As Papia is still working over the festive period, London appointments will be available as normal. Our Canary Wharf office will not be closing.

What we can do for you this festive season

Up until our two northern offices close on 23 December 2025, you can access any of our usual notarisation and legalisation services. We will be here to assist you with all of your important documents.

The same applies to London, but our services will be available as normal over the festive period between Christmas and New Year, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

If you are planning on going abroad with your important documents around this time of year, then our services will be a crucial part of this. We will strive to provide you with the best service possible during this chaotic time of year.

FCDO opening times

To provide our clients with legalisation services, we work closely with our partners so that we can provide your documents with an apostille from the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).

As this is an independent organisation from us, they will have their own unique opening times. This could impact how long it takes for your documents to be issued with an apostille.
