A modern notary public firm

In 2019, Nathan Woodcock had recently qualified as a Notary Public of England and Wales, and was also working as a solicitor in a traditional law firm environment. 

He identified a growing need for notarial services that meet the expectations of modern life. People needed access to a trusted notary public with greater geographical reach, more flexible scheduling, clear communication, with less legal jargon. 

In July 2019, Nathan officially founded a new kind of notary firm. Woodcock Notary Public was established, along with Woodcock Law Limited. This modern notary firm set out to make notarial services simpler, faster, and more accessible for people and businesses across the country – a goal that remains central to the company’s vision today.

A new kind of notary service

Woodcock Notary Public has grown and adapted over the years, shaped by the needs of the real people and businesses who we serve. 

Since our founding, Woodcock Notary Public has become a trusted name in notarial services in England. 

Nathan Woodcock, Notary Public of England and Wales, is the person who attends your appointment to carry out the notarisation of your documents. He has helped thousands of clients with their needs, and his friendly and efficient approach to notarising client documents has left us with many happy clients. 

We offer appointments in our offices during business hours, but also provide flexibility with our mobile notary service. This means that if you cannot make it to one of our offices or want an appointment outside our normal hours, you can still get your documents notarised at your own home, or another suitable location.

About our Notary Public and our team​

Nathan Woodcock is a fully qualified solicitor and a registered Notary Public of England and Wales, with a wealth of experience assisting clients with their legal document needs. 

He is also a Certifying Acceptance Agent and is registered with the USA’s Internal Revenue Service, so that he can assist people with certifying their identity for their ITIN if they need to pay taxes in the USA. 

Alongside Nathan, we have a friendly and professional team ready to help you and answer any questions that you may have about the notarisation process, or our other services. We even have two other Certifying Acceptance Agents ready to assist people with certifying their identity for ITINs in the UK.

We also form strong relationships with our business clients, which include both corporates and SMEs. For the sake of stability and ease, you can keep using our services any time your business needs them. 

Over time, we have had many repeat clients that are both individuals and businesses, which shows just how effective our services are.
