Papia Kabir is a Chartered Legal Executive and Notary Public, qualified in England and Wales. She first joined Woodcock Law & Notary Public in 2021 as a Legal Intern and has since progressed rapidly within the firm.
Papia can speak Bengali and English.

Based in our Canary Wharf, London office, Papia qualified as a Notary Public in 2025. She is dedicated to assisting clients with their notarisation requirements and guiding them through the legalisation process.
Certifying Acceptance Agent
Papia is also a Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA), authorised by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to support clients with identity certifications for their ITIN applications.
Chartered Legal Executive
As a Chartered Legal Executive, regulated by CILEx Regulation, Papia specialises in UK immigration law and private client matters. Her academic background includes a LLM from BPP University, obtained in September 2020.
