Malta visa application

Malta has seen a significant increase in net migration in recent years. In fact, much of the foreign community in Malta consists of British expats, settled in the country to work or enjoy retirement.

We provide tailored assistance to individuals submitting visa applications to Maltese authorities, giving them the best possible chance of having their applications accepted.

Maltese visa routes

There are a number of Maltese visas open to UK nationals. Find out more about one of the most popular, below:

Malta Individual Investor Programme (MIIP)

The MIIP works in a similar way to Golden Visa schemes, whereby non-EU applicants are granted a visa in return for significant investment in the country.

How we can help

You will need to supply a range of documentary evidence in support of your Malta visa application. This is usually submitted at a consular meeting with Maltese officials. We are experts in the collection and processing of documents for use overseas. With us, you have the best chance of having your application accepted by government authorities in Malta. Key services you may need

Notarisation
A Notary Public is authorised to certify documents for use in foreign jurisdictions. We have a webpage where you can find out more about notaries.

Legalisation
Legalisation is the process whereby the signature and seal of an authorised official, including those of a Notary Public, is checked by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). Once checked, the FCDO will issue each legalised document with an apostille – a certificate of authenticity. Learn more about apostilles and legalisation by using our dedicated webpage.

Easy and convenient notary services

Our main offices are in London, Manchester and Sheffield, though we can meet you elsewhere too. This ensures that our notary services can be accessed conveniently at a location near you.

We also provide both standard and fast-track apostille and legalisation services, depending on your timescales.
